Job Duties and Responsibilities

• On-site position in Columbus, MS
• Provide product quotations providing pricing, delivery specifications, payment terms and offering substitute products where appropriate.
• Manage other day-to-day account management responsibilities, including but not limited to inbound/outbound calls, emails, and managing customer orders.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to support sales efforts. 
• Participate in product meetings and product training to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Customer oriented with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated
• Preferred -Minimum (1) year of Inside Sales and Customer Service Experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products
