Heavy Equipment Operators
Ackerman, MS
We’re looking for motivated Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Ackerman, MS. You’ll be operating 200-ton haul trucks and other large earth-moving equipment that keeps our operations moving forward.

- Starting pay at $19.14/hr – with increases to $21.62 after 6 weeks and $24.42 after 12 weeks

- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including 200-ton haul trucks, excavators, front-end loaders, backhoes, and tractors
- Support daily production while keeping safety a top priority
- A valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a hair follicle screening
- Experience operating earth-moving equipment (please list brand/model and size of equipment in your resume, along with how and where you’ve used it)
- Candidates with OTR truck driving experience are also encouraged to apply
