THE GIG

As our In-Person Interviewer, you'll be the first in-person face applicants meet. You'll chat, ask questions from our playbook, pick up on non-verbal clues, and help us answer one big question:
“Would we want to work with this person for real?”

Key Duties:

• Interview pre-screened applicants once per week (usually 4–8 candidates per session)
• Ask questions that test for attitude, energy, and culture fit
• Take brief notes and give the hiring team your honest recommendation
• Represent our company energy: fun, real, and people-first
• Spot people who live our values, and weed out the ones who wouldn’t last a week
