Administrative Support/Client Relations Representative
Columbus, MS. Pay starting at $14/hr. DOE + Bonuses + Commissions + PTO & Full Health Insurance. Primary Daily Position Duties
- Phone/Receptionist
- Scheduling appointments and conducting background/drug screening and assessments/testing for client orders
- Various forms of data entry and file keeping
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Maintaining confidential information
- Maintaining basic office cleanliness
- Previous office setting experience with verifiable references
- Outside sales or client relations a plus
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Minimum clerical skills/40 WPM typing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Have a valid driver's license
