- Competitive Pay Progression:
- Starting: $19.14/hr
- After 6 weeks: $21.62/hr
- After 12 weeks: $24.42/hr

You will be the backbone of our daily operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy earth-moving equipment, including:
- 200-ton haul trucks
- Excavators
- Front-end loaders
- Backhoes and tractors
- Experience: Proven experience operating earth-moving equipment. Please ensure your resume includes the brand, model, and size of the equipment you have operated, along with details on your previous environment.
- Credentials: A valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED.
- Standards: Ability to pass a hair follicle screening.
